Ring in the New Year with Storytellers Macon

Kick off 2025 with a day dedicated to connection, creativity, and community through the power of storytelling. Whether you're stepping into the storytelling world for the first time or honing your skills as a mentor, these workshops offer a chance to grow, connect, and inspire.

Step Into Storytelling | 2–4 PM
Designed for anyone aged 16–99, this interactive workshop invites participants to explore the fundamentals of crafting and sharing a compelling story. Through guided exercises and group activities, you'll gain the confidence and tools to bring your unique voice to life.

Listening for Mentors | 4:30–6 PM
For experienced storytellers and current mentors, this workshop focuses on the art of listening and the skills needed to support others in their storytelling journeys.

Criteria for Listening for Mentors: Open to those who’ve performed on stage at least four times and has taken at least one Storytellers Macon workshop (including the one earlier that day). By taking this workshop, you should be open to serving as a mentor for Storytellers Macon.
