“I’m in the trenches.” What does that phrase mean to you? It could be literal, like a person dressed in green to blend into their surroundings while they defend our country on the frontlines of war. Or maybe a bit more dramatic, like a bartender describing their terribly busy Saturday night at the local pub. Or instead, it could be purely figurative, like someone describing their friend as looking like they just barely escaped the trenches after a rough day.

No matter your definition, we’ve all been in the trenches at some point in our lives, but your strength comes from how you get out of them, from how you cope with them. Come escape the trenches with us for just a few hours and share your story this month.
